WellBorn Management started out as real estate developers in the retail and shopping center industry. Their first hotel opened in 1992, since then they have been buying and developing hotels with a core group of hotels in the Georgia area. WellBorn Management Inc., was formed to manage these properties, with a simple vision, “To Create Compelling Hotels”, and a mission of, “operating clean, friendly, defect free hotels.”
